Q: How is tuition billed?
A: Tuitions can be paid annually, semi-annually, or in payments of 11 months. The annual payment is due July 10, 2017 and the semi-annual payments are due July 10, 2017 and January 8, 2018. The monthly payment option will be drafted from the family’s account on the 5th or 20th of each month.
Q: Does CHS accept credit card payments?
A: At this time, CHS accepts checks or cash only.
Q: Where can I pay my school bill?
A: Annual and semi-annual payments can be sent to Christian Heritage School at PO Box 2066 Dalton, GA 30722-2066. You can also deliver checks to either the front office or the high school office. There are drop boxes in both offices. Monthly payments will be drafted from the family’s bank account.
Q: Are auxiliary services charged to my account?
A: Additional charges will appear on the tuition statement for students who receive learning support from the Pinnacle Academy. If you choose to participate in the lunch program, these charges will be billed through the online lunch ordering program. After-school care is billed through the after-school staff.

Q: Is financial assistance available?
A: Yes, needs-based financial assistance is available. Complete information can be found on this website under the Financial Aid tab.
Q: Should my family qualify for financial assistance, do we need to reapply each school year?
A: Yes. Financial assistance must be reapplied for each year. The financial assistance application process opens in November for the next school year. Even if your family is currently receiving financial aid, it is the family’s responsibility to reapply for financial aid each year.
Q: Can I apply for an athletic or academic scholarship for my child?
A: No. Financial assistance is offered based on financial need. No academic or athletic scholarships are available.
